We have reason to celebrate! Once again, we can count ourselves among the top 70 full-service digital agencies in Germany. To be precise, we are in 69th place in the official agency ranking. The market has grown strongly – and we have grown with it. More turnover, more projects, more mischievous people, more friends: an eventful year lies behind us and promising prospects lie ahead.

The digital sector grew by over 10% last year. And so did we! And not just in terms of turnover. We have used this opportunity to provide our customers with even better and more comprehensive support for their challenges – and have welcomed many new team members from various specialist areas.

We continue to generate a large part of our turnover through our core business, the consulting and implementation of technical web projects. However, we have now also succeeded in growing in the neighbouring disciplines of branding, design and as an online marketing agency. This means that our strategy of providing our customers with a much more holistic service is paying off.

Keeping your finger on the pulse of an industry whose only constant is change – this is more important than ever for our clientele. For this reason, we have also further developed and modernised our technology stack. As a Pimcore partner and with many other new product packages in our portfolio, we are looking forward to all the exciting projects that lie ahead.

To the Internet Agency Ranking

The Internet Agency Ranking, which has been published annually since 2001, is regarded as an industry barometer of the German Internet agency landscape. More than 170 Internet agencies took part this year. With its place among the top 70 in the overall ranking, schalk&friends has once again positioned itself as one of the most successful digital agencies nationwide.
The ranking is compiled by the German Digital Economy Association (BVDW) together with the media iBusiness, Horizont and Werben & Verkaufen.

Looking at the big picture pays off!

Many companies start their digital marketing with a single tool - be it a content management system for the website or a CRM for managing customer data. And that's perfectly fine.
