With around 30,000 brokers, Fonds Finanz is the largest German bancassurance broker pool. At Fonds Finanz, everything has always revolved around providing the best possible support for this network - and thus contributing to its success. With this in mind, we optimized the digital offerings for maximum information and utility value as part of the website relaunch.

The challenge

Large range, little overview

Fonds Finanz offers a comprehensive range of information and tools. The company’s greatest asset is also its greatest challenge. The aim is to make the information and tools available in such a way that they can be seamlessly – and above all quickly – integrated into brokers’ day-to-day work so that they can work more efficiently and effectively.

The market leader wants to showcase these benefits in order to convince new brokers to join. This is not easy – but it is the prerequisite for a sustainable expansion of the network.

Mapping all of this online with the existing systems involved a lot of effort. They did not give the Fonds Finanz team the digital clout it needed to achieve its goals.

Goal

More precise, more intuitive, more flexible

The goal is clear: the new platform should be tailored precisely to the needs of the target group – brokers – and integrate seamlessly into their day-to-day work, making it an indispensable tool. The basis for this: intuitive user guidance and practice-oriented information architecture.

Maximum flexibility and speed are not only an essential basis for content preparation by editors, but also the ideal starting point for future expansions.

Solution

Number 1 website

Based on the flexible and high-performance open source system Pimcore, we created a website in an agile project that impresses with its intuitive user journey and has taken into account all practical learning from the past. A large number of intuitive modules and the cleverly structured navigation help to present complex content in an easily understandable way.
