What you will learn in this case: Virtual events have long been part of our everyday lives. But what about trade fairs that aim to impress with their ambience and exclusivity? With Debaze, our platform for digital events, we have successfully implemented such an event digitally for Brainlab.

The challenge

Trade fairs are one of the most important ways for Brainlab to generate leads and acquire new customers; the company’s own events at its ultra-modern and highly attractive headquarters are particularly important here. A digital event must therefore not only transfer content and interactions into the virtual world, but also the special atmosphere and feel of a typical Brainlab event.

Goal

A successful online trade fair – with at least 250 registrations, lots of new leads and enthusiastic visitors.

Order

The challenge was to design and technically implement the first completely virtual Digital O.R. Symposium. We not only had to ensure that the entire event ran smoothly online – it also had to feel just as good as on site. And we were actually supposed to offer trade fair visitors even more than they are used to from normal events.

Solution

With Debaze, our self-developed platform for digital and hybrid events, we have the perfect solution to realize high-quality events individually and virtually from start to finish. Visitors to Brainlabs Digital O.R. Symposium registered on the branded event homepage, followed product presentations, talks and interviews, took part in chats, exchanged ideas in virtual networking sessions, took part in guided tours of the headquarters and in the evening brought the DJ from Brainlabs’ roof terrace to their home office. They just had to mix their own drink.
