What you can expect

You’ll be a key member of our team and will work closely with the marketing and management teams to drive our growth in the B2B sector. In this role, you’ll be the driving force behind turning identified potential into concrete success stories for our agency and ensuring that no valuable opportunity is missed.

Your tasks

  • You’ll manage our leads, maintainand qualify all incoming contacts centrally in our CRM system (HubSpot), and ensure that every inquiry is followed up on.
  • You’ll handle outreach, proactively contacting potential customers at the right time—in a personalized, relevant way—via channels such as email, LinkedIn, or phone.
  • You’ll maintain the sales pipeline, keep all sales activities clearly documented, update lead statuses, and ensure a seamless handoff to the team.
  • You’ll serve as the liaison between our departments and coordinate regarding lead qualification, next steps, and the handoff of opportunities.

Your profile

  • A knack for sales,enjoymentof interacting with people, strong communication skills, and a structured and professional approach
  • Motivation, a sense of personal responsibility, and the ability to work independently
  • A digital mindset; networks like LinkedIn are second nature to you
  • CRM experience with HubSpot is a plus
  • Excellent written and spoken German; good English is a plus
  • Experience in B2B sales, the digital industry, or with outbound tools such as Sales Navigator is a major plus
