What you can expect

As part of our creative team, you’ll work closely with account management, UX, copywriting, and development to create unique digital experiences for our B2B and B2C clients. You’ll be one of the driving forces behind turning good ideas into great designs and shaping our agency’s visual excellence.

Your tasks

• You will develop cross-media creative and digital concepts in close collaboration with internal teams
• You’ll conceptualize and design design systems, style guides, and digital brand identities for websites, online portals, and applications
• You maintain high design standards and develop innovative UI concepts
• You present your designs persuasively and participate in the creative development of pitches

Your profile

• At least 1–2 years of experience in digital brand design and UI/UX design (interaction, visual, and screen design)
• A compelling portfolio with project examples in the areas of user interface, corporate design, and digital campaigns
• Proficiency with common design and prototyping tools (e.g., Figma, Adobe Creative Suite, Canva)
• Creativity and a keen sense of modern visual language, typography, and brand design
• A passion for conceptualization, strong presentation skills, and a team-oriented mindset
• A basic understanding of front-end technologies (HTML/CSS) and agile work methods is a plus
• Experience with motion design is a plus
