Digital Analytics & Tracking Specialist (m/f/x)
Introduction

What you can expect
You will be part of one of our three client teams, which currently consists of 34 great colleagues. You will work closely with our specialists from Account Management, Strategy and Development. Teamwork is not just a buzzword for us, it's part of everyday life
Your tasks
- Conducting tracking audits and implementing web analytics solutions (GA4, Matomo, Piwik PRO, Stape)
- Planning, implementation, monitoring and optimization of SEA campaigns with a focus on Google and Meta Ads
- Development and implementation of cross-channel tracking concepts along the customer journey - together with development and consulting
- Use of tag management systems (e.g. Google Tag Manager, server and client-side)
- Setting up and maintaining e-commerce and event tracking solutions
- Visualization of data with tools such as Looker Studio or Tableau and derivation of concrete recommendations for action
- Technical support with the implementation of BigQuery, CDPs, server-side tagging
- Integration of consent management platforms (e.g. Usercentrics, Cookiebot, Didomi) and ensuring GDPR compliance
- Continuous further development of tracking strategies and technologies and consulting for our clients
- Direct communication with customers and conveying complex technical topics in understandable language
Your profile
- Completed studies with an analytical or technical focus or comparable training
- Relevant professional experience in web analytics, digital analytics or performance tracking
- Experience in SEA (Google Ads, Meta Ads) and social media advertising
- Sound knowledge of web analytics and tag management tools (GA4, Piwik PRO, GTM, BigQuery, Looker Studio)
- Experience with tracking and web technologies: JavaScript (especially dataLayer), HTML, CSS, React
- Basic knowledge of SQL/MySQL and PHP an advantage
- Experience with e-commerce systems such as Shopify, Shopware and WordPress
- Knowledge of the integration and configuration of consent management tools
- Analytical thinking, solution-oriented way of working and high affinity for data
- Understanding of search engine optimization
- Good command of English and enjoy giving presentations
- An appetite for new topics and individual development
